<br />Dear Madam:
<br />In answer to your letter of October 30th in regard to the dust condition from our coal
<br />yard, we have started to build,a fence as agreed, we have also tried to keep the driveway
<br />wet down during the dry weather to eiminate',_dust,_>:gLnd are preparing to oil them as soon
<br />as we can obtain oil, which should take care of a lot of excess dust.
<br />I have quit using the conveyors for stacking in the back of the yard that seemed to irri-
<br />tate the neighbors as much as anything else. I feel sure that you wo ntt have any additio
<br />nal complaints from now on or if you should they won't be justified.
