After hearing all persons interexted who appeared and being fully advised on the premises;; the Board decides that the benefits to the property liable to be assessed for said improv'- ments are equal to the estimated cost of the same as reported by the City Civil Engineer, Therefore i Be It Resolved, by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, i Indiana, that Improvement Resolutions Nos. 2642, 2644_, 2645, 2646, 2647, 2648,&2652, 195of • duly passed by this Board on August 14, 1950.
