<br />l Reverend Willien H. Harris representing the Pilgrim Baptist Church, owner of proper-!
<br />ty at 120 North Birdsell Street appeared before the Board as per request. Reverend Harris
<br />was notified that he must have the property as mentioned cleared of its occupance by
<br />August 28, and was asked to report to the Board at that meeting.

<br />A letter was received from the City Plan Commission indicating that they do not reco-
<br />!lmend the vacation of the alley north of Longley Street from Johnson Street to the first !
<br />alley east of Johnson and the first alley north of Longley from Brookfield to the first j
<br />jialley west of Brookfield. The Clerk of the Board was directed to so notify the petitione's.,
<br />A petition was received asking for the vacation of the alley north of Western Avenue
<br />from Franklin to the west line of the alley west of Lafayette Boulevard. r'his "'was
<br />referred to the City Engineer.
<br />The Board approved plans for Miami Hills Addition.
