<br />Rieth-Riley Construction Company, Contractor, for the construction of the Class "C" Pave-
<br />ments improvements on ALLEYS BETWEEN COLUMBIA, FELLOWS, MONROE AND SOUTH STREETS under
<br />Improvement Resolution No. 2603-1950 and DUNN STREET from the west line of Scott Street
<br />to the east line of Chapin Street under Improvement Resolution No. 2607-1950 have been
<br />completed in accordance with the plans and specifications for these projects.

<br />Be It Resolved, By the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend,
<br />Indiana, that the Final Estimates, and Primary Assessment Rolls submitted to the Board
<br />by the City Civil Engineer or his duly authorized representative on this 31st day of July
<br />1950 on the improvements known as the ALLEYS BETWEEN COLUMBIA, FELLOWS, MONROE AND SOUTH
<br />STREETS PAVEMENTS as described in Improvement Resolution No. 2603-1950; AND DUNN STREET
<br />PAVEMENT as described in Improvement Resolution No. 2607-1950, passed by the Board of Pub
<br />lic Works and Safety on February 20, 1950 and confirmed by said Board on March 27, 1950
<br />be and the same is hereby adopted, and the Clerk of this Board is hereby requested to giv
<br />notices of the hearings of Special Benefits on said Improvements, as required by Section
<br />N.111 or 120 of an Act entitled, "An Act Concerning Municipal Corporations" approved Marc;

<br />with the names of the owners and description of property subject to be assessed with the
<br />amount of the prima facia assessment, and can be seen in the office of said City Control-
<br />ler.
<br />The Board of Public Works and Safety of said City, at the office of the Board in sai
<br />City, will on the 14th day of August, 1950, at 9:30 o'clock AM -CST receive and hear remon
<br />strances against the amounts assessed against their property respectively, on said roll
<br />and will determine the question as to whether such lots, or tracts of land, have been or
<br />will be benefited by said Improvements to the amounts named on said roll, or is greater
<br />or less than that named on said roll or in any sum. At which place and time all owners
<br />of such real estate may attend in person or by representative and be heard.
