<br />line of Sample Street to the north line of Garst Street by constructing a Class "C" Pave-
<br />ment, be and the same is in all things confirmed.

<br />2603 and 2607 - 1950 and the Plans and Specifications therefor comes now Lee H. Rieth
<br />who being duly sworn upon oath deposes and says he is acquainted with the Rieth-Riley
<br />Construction Company the party to whom was awarded the contracts and who performed the
<br />work under Improvement Resolutions Nos. 2603 and 2607 - 1950.
<br />That he is familiar with and personally know the requirements of the plans and spe-
<br />cifications of said improvement resolutions and further knows that the said Rieth-Riley
<br />Construction Company in the performance of said work complied with all the terms and con-
<br />ditions of said plans and specifications in every partifular, and that the material used
<br />was of the character, kind, quantity and quality required therein and according to and
<br />under the direction of the Board of Public Works and Safety
