in RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FINAL ESTIMATE Nos. 2601 and 2605 South Bend, Indiana July 10, 1950 i is Be It Resolved, By the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiiana, that the Final Estimates, and Primary Assessments submitted to the Board by the City Civil Engineer or his duly authorized representative on this loth day of July, 1950 , on the improvements known as the VEST EWING AVENUE PAVEMENT as described in Improvement Resolution No. 2601-1950, AND ` • ALLEY BETWEEN KEMBLE AVENUE AND DO UGLAS STREET! PAVEMENT as described in Improvement Reso- lution No. 2605-1950 passed by the Board of Public Works as d Safety on February 20 , 1950 l'and confirmed by said Board on March 27, 1950, be and the same is hereby adopted, and the Clerk of this Board is hereby requested to give notice of the hearing of Special Benefits on said improvement, as required by Section N.111 or 120 of an Act entitled, "An Act Con- Icerning Municipal Corporations" approved March 6, 1905.
