<br />VASSAR AVENUE under Improvement Resolution No. 2629, 1950 adopted May.B, 1950 from the
<br />east line of Wilber Street to the west line of Lawndale .Avenue by constructing a Class "CI!
<br />Pavement.

<br />After hearing all persons interested who appeared and being fully advised on the premises'
<br />the Board decides that the benefits to the property liable to be assessed for said im-
<br />provements are equal to the estimated costs of the same as reported by the City Civl Engi=
<br />neer, Therefore,
<br />Be It Resolved, by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend'
<br />Indiana that Improvement Resolutions Nos. 2624 and 2629, 1950 duly passed by this Board
<br />on May 8, 1950 for the above improvements, be and the same is hereby in all things con-
<br />firmed and the improvements are hereby ordered to be made.

<br />(Indiana that the Profiles, Drawings, Plans, General Details, Specifications and Estimates
<br />jiapproved by this Board on the 8th day of May, 1950 for the improvements of CHIC.AGO STREET
<br />'Ifrom the south line of Western Avenue to the north line of Ford Street by constructing a
<br />Class "C" Pavement, AND
<br />�VASSAR AVENUE from the east line of Wilber Street to the west line of Lawndale Avenue by
<br />'constructing a Class "C" Pavement.
<br />';Be and the same are hereby adopted and ordered placed on file in the office of the DepartT
<br />ment of Engineering of this Board.
<br />June 26, 1950 at the hour of 10:00 o'clock .AM -CST is hereby fixed as the time, and the
<br />.!office of the Board of Public Works and Safety in the City Hall of this City, as the plac 1.
<br />hen and where the Board of Public Works and Safety will open and consider bids for the
<br />;above named improvements, provided all bids for the construction of said work shall be
<br />,filed in the office of the Clerk of this Board before 10:00 o'clock AM -CST of said day.
<br />'Each bidder for said work shall enclose with his bid a certified check, payable to the
<br />• 'Trea.surer of this city in the sum of two and one-half (2) per cent of the a.mountof his
<br />bid, or a. bid bond for two and one-half (22) per cent of the amount of his bid, to insure
<br />the execution of this contract, if said work is awarded to him.
<br />The clerk of this Board is hereby ordered, to give notice by two (2) weekly publica.-;
<br />tidons of t t p � he time and lace, when and where bids will be received, opened and considered I'
<br />;for the construction of said work. Said Clerk shall state in said notices, that each bids'.
<br />;der shall enclose with his bid a certified check or bid bond for above named amount, to
