<br />said street ordered paved with Class "C"' Type 1 Cement Concrete Pavement. AND

<br />2607, 1950, passed by'this Board on February 20, 1950 and confirmed by this Board on Marc

<br />Whereas, fifty-one percent and -more of the resident property owners on said West Dun'
<br />Street on or before April 21. 1950 did request in writing that said blest Dunn Street be
<br />paved with a Class "C" Type 1 Cement Concrete Pavement.
