0 No. 2616 For the Construction of a local sever on and in LONGLEY AVENUE from the center line of Olive Street to the center line of Meade Street AND No. 2617 For the construction of a local sewer on and in NORTH BROOKFIELD STREET from the center line of Bergan Street to the center line of Hamilton Street AND No. 2619 For the construction of a, local sewer on and in KENTUCKY STREET from 118 feet south of the south line of Lincolway West to 133 feet south of the south line of Crumstown Avenue; CRUMSTOWN AVENUE from 98 feet west of the west line of Bendix Drive to the center line of Iowa Street. Provided, all bids for the construction of said work, shall be filed in the office the Clerk of the Board of Public Works and Safety of said City before 11:00 o'clock -CST of said day. Each bidder for said work shall enclose with his bid a Certified Check payable to th Treasurer of said City, in the sum of two and one-half (2-2) per cent of the amount of hi bid or a bid bond for two and one-half (2-z) per cent of the amount of his bid, to insure the execution of Contract, if said work is awarded to him. Detailed plans and specifications for said improvement are on file in the office of the Department of Engineering. The Board of Public Works and Safety reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
