<br />BE IT RESOLVED, By the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend,
<br />!Indiana, that the Profiles, Drawings, Plans, General Details, Specifications and Estimate
<br />!approved by this Board on the 23rd day of January, 1950 for the improvements of
<br />• No. 2613 LIBERTY STREET from 1.90 feet south of the south line of Washington
<br />! Street to 164 feet north of the north line of Western Avenue by the
<br />construction of a local sewer AND
<br />No. 2614 FISHER STREET from the center line of Olive Street to 167 feet east
<br />of the east line of Meade Street by the construction of a local sewer
<br />AND
<br />No. 2615 CALVERT STREET from the center line of Olive Street to the center
<br />line of Kaley Street by the construction of a local sewer AND
<br />No. 2616 LONGLEY AVENUE from the center line of Olive Street to the center line
<br />of Meade Street by the construction of a local sewer AND
<br />No. 2617 NORTH BROOKFIELD STREET from the center line of Bergan Street to the
<br />center line of Hamilton Street by the construction of a local sewer
<br />I AND
<br />. I No. 2619 K,ENTUCKY STREET from 118 feet south of the south line of Lincolnway
<br />West to 133 feet south of the south line of Crumstowm Avenue;
<br />CRUMSTOWN AVENUE from 98 feet west of the west line of Bendix Drive
<br />to the center line of Iowa Street by the construction of a local sewer

<br />• Be and the same are hereby adopted and ordered placed on file in the office of the
<br />Department of Engineering of this Board.
<br />March 13, 1950 at the hour of 11:00 o'clock AM -CST is hereby fixed as the time, and
<br />;the office of the Board of Public Works and Safety in the City Hall of this City, as the
<br />lace, when and where the Board of Public Works and Safety will open and consider bids fo
<br />the above named improvements, provided all bids for the construction of said work shall b
<br />.filed in the office of the Clerk of this Board before 11:00 o'clock AM -CST of said day.
<br />IEa.ch bidder for said work shall enclose with his bid a certified check, payable to the
<br />Treasurer of this City in the sun of two and one-half (2-L) per cent of the amount of his
<br />�bid, or a bid bond for two and one-half (2-L) per cent of the amount of his bid, to insur
<br />• the execution of this contract, if said work is awarded to him.
<br />The clerk of this Board is hereby ordered, to give notice by two (2) weekly publica-
<br />tions of the time and place, when and where bids will be received, opened and considered
<br />for the construction of said work. Said Clerk shall state in said notices, that each bid
<br />der shall enclose with his bid a certified check or bid bond for above named amount, to
<br />' insure the execution of this contract.

<br />• Lumbers 2613, 26147 26159 2616, 2617 and 2619, 19507 duly passed by said Board on January;
<br />3, 1950 and confirmed on February 20, 1950, to -wit:
