13 DEDICATI01 WHEREAS, a plat with dedication of streets and alley indicated thereon is now j presented to the Board, to be known as Twykenhain Hill, Section B, an addition to South Bend, Indiana and This plat and dedication is filed in the records of the Board of Public Works and Safety in Row # , Drawer 1 , and recorded in Book 17, Page , in the • Recorder's Office of St. Joseph County, I NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana., that,all public streets, alleys and public places ded- icated to the public use in said plat are hereby accepted and approved by said Board for 'an on behalf of the City of South Bend, Indiana. j The Board approved plans for a local sewer on Wellington Street from Linden Ave- nue,to Washington Street; on Linden Avenue from Kenmore Street to Chicago Street; on Chicago Street from Linden Avenue to Washington Street and on Illinois Street from Linden Avenue to Washington Street. STREET DEPARTMENT: Mr. Melton 0. Brannon, Street Commissioner, was present and matters pertaining to his Department were discussed. PARKING METER DEPARTMENT: Mr. Maurice C. Vennet, Auditor, presented his report for the week ending December 17, 1949, 40 • • L1 CEMETERY DEPARTMENT: Mr, Stanley Lezczynski, Sexton, was present and matters pertain-! ing to his department were discussed. There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourne at 10:00 A. M. ADDENDUM: RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL No. 25921 1949 South Bend, Ind December 19, 1949 Be It Resolved, By The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that the Primary or Preliminary Assessment Roll adopted by the Board on the 5th day of December, 1949, for the improvement of POLAND STREET from the west line of Olive Street to the east line of Kaley Street by draining, grading and paving the roadway with a Class "C" Type One (1) Pavement be and the same is in all things confirmed.
