<br />Indiana, that the Final Estimate, and Primary or Preliminary Assessment Roll. submitted '!
<br />to the Board by the City Civil Engineer or his duly authorized representative on this
<br />18th day of July,, 1949, on the improvement known as the HAMDEN COURT PAVING as described !�
<br />in Improvement Resolution No. 2595, 1949, adopted by the Board of Public Works and Safetyli
<br />on April 257 19497 be and the same is hereby adopted and the Clerk of this Board is here-;i
<br />by requested to give notice of the hearing of Special Benefits on said Improvement as
<br />required by Section N.111 or 120 of an Act entitled, "An Act Concerning Municipal Lrp
<br />orations" Approved March 6, 1905.

<br />NOTICE OF HEARING SPECIAL BENEFITS ON STREET

<br />Notice is hereby given, that the following Street Improvement has been completed.
<br />The general character of the Improvement, the street, alley, or public place on which
<br />it has been made, and the terminal points thereof, are as follows: HA.MDEN COURT from
<br />the north line of LaSalle Avenue to the south line of the alley north of LaSalle Avenue.
<br />There is on file in the office of the City Controller of said'City an assessment
<br />roll with the names of the owners and desperipti6n of property bubject to be assessed
<br />with the amount of the prima facia assessment, and can be seen in the office of said
<br />City Controller.
<br />The Board of Public Works and Safety of said City, at the office of the Board in
<br />said City, will on the 1st day of August, 1949, at 10:00 o'clock A.M.C.S.T. receive
<br />and hear remonstrances against the amounts assessed against their property respectively,
<br />on said roll, and will determine the question as to wherher such lots, or tracts of
<br />land, have been or will be benefited by said Improvement to the amounts named on said
<br />roll, or is greater or less than that named on said roll or in any sum. At which place
<br />and time all owners of such real estate may attend in person or by representative and
<br />be heard.

<br />IN THE MATTER relating to the Improvement made under Improvement Resolution No. 259�,
<br />1949 and the plans°and specifications therefor comes now Virgil H-. Reed who being duly
<br />sworn upon oath deposes and says he is acquainted with the Reed Construction Company the;;
<br />party to whom was awarded the contract and who performed the work under Improvement
<br />Resolution No. 2595, 1949.
<br />That he is familiar with and personally knows the requirements of the plans and
<br />specifications of said improvement resolution and further knows that the said Reed
<br />Construction Company in the performance of said work complied with all the terms and
<br />conditions of said plans and specifications in every particular, and that the material
<br />used was of the character, kind quantity and quality required therein and according to
<br />and under the direction of the Lard of Public Works and Safety.
