<br />After hearing all persons interested who appeared and being fully advised on the
<br />Premises, and whereas a remonstrance against said improvement has been filed bearing the
<br />signatures of fifty-one (51) per cent or more: of the bona fide property owners, therefore
<br />. BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend,
<br />Indiana, that Improvement Resolution No. 2586, 1949, duly passed by this Board on April
<br />125, 191+9 for the above improvement, be and the same is hereby in all things rescinded.
