Gates Chevrolet Conipany, 333 South LaFayette <br />Boulevard' appeared before the ?oard to ask permission to erect a. canvas canopy over <br />the sidewalk at their place of business from January 21st to 28th inclusive. Permission <br />.,ra s granted. <br />A peti ;ion was received asking for a change in. the name of Dorothy Street, making <br />it Dorothy Boulevard. This ti'.�a s referred to the Park Dcpartrient. <br />VACATIOi', L SOLUTI01; 1',TO. 2583 <br />This being the fate set, hearing t,ras held on the assessment roll shoving the award <br />of damages and the assessment of benefits in the matter of the vacation of Victoria <br />II Street- from Twyckenham Drive to York Road under Vacation esolution No. 2583. <br />,I , <br />In the above named assessment roll_ no remonstrators appeared and no written re- <br />monstrances 1rere filed. The Clerk of the hoard submitted proofs of publication of <br />notices and,samc were found sufficient, and the Board, therefore, finds that the several <br />lots and parcels of land have been benefitted and damaged in the amounts shown on said <br />roll. The Board., therefore, decides to take final action on said assessment roll and <br />declares sarie in all things ra.tified� confirmed and approved -without modification and <br />+the proceedings closed, and the street vacated, upon receipt of the amount of benefit <br />assessments from the various property owners so benefited and all proceedings had with <br />f reference to said street vacation are hereby sustained. <br />5TRE1�T DEPARTI,2NT: Mr. Melton 0.
