<br />iSTREET DEPARTMENT: Mr, Melton 0, Brannan, Street Commissioner, was present and matters
<br />pertaining to his department were discussed. i
<br />A change was approved by contract. signed by the Board, in the water heaters in ii
<br />the Street Department buildings, from gas to electrio heaters. j
<br />There being no further business to come before the'Board, the meeting was adjourned;

<br />for a. lot to be located at 333 South St, Joseph Street. This was referred to the 'Praffic
<br />Engineer for investigation.

<br />ending January 8, 19 9.

<br />the vacation of two sections of alley in Lincoln Terrace Addition. The Engineering
<br />Department was directed to prepare a.Va.cation resolution for same.,

<br />presented to the Board, to be known as Belleville Unit "A" Addition, an addition to the
<br />City of South Bend, Indiana, and

<br />Safety in Row #21, Drawer ;�Ia, and recorded in Book Page in the Recorder's

<br />NOW, TER 'FORE, be it resolved by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City
<br />of South Bend, Indiana, that all public streets, alleys and public places dedicated to if
<br />the public use in said plat are hereby accepted and approved by said Board for and on
<br />be half of the City of South Bend, Indiana.
