<br />This being the date set, hearing was had on thr resolution heretofore adopted
<br />1 by the Board of Public Works for the vacation of the alley worth of Prairie Avenue from
<br />Jackson Street East and Forth to the 'North line of Lot '=22 Plat of 1dalnut L, th Addition
<br />under Vacation_ Resolution No. 2576. The Clerk of the Board having shorn sufficient proof
<br />of publication and no remonstrators having appeared and no ~mitten remonstrances having
<br />was roved, seconded and unanimously carried that the said
<br />been filed with the Clerk, i t
<br />resol-dtion be finally adopted and the said alley be vacated. The Engineering Department
<br />is directed to prepare an assessment roll covering the assessment of benefits and the -
<br />award of damages to the surrounding properties.
