RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIAIVTA: That it j <br />jis desirable to vacate the following: <br />j The first alley East of Vernon Street from Dubail aVenue south to Dayton Street. <br />i <br />�! The following property may be injuriously or beneficially effected by such vacation:;; <br />Lots numbered 23 to 32 inclusive in William E. Rupels 2nd"Addition (unrecorded) <br />and <br />Lots numbered 24 to 29 inclusive in Part of Mayr's Vistula Avenue Addition. <br />Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 28th day of May and on the <br />4th day of June, 1948 in the South Bend Daily Tribune and the ?,Weekly Mirror. <br />This Board, at its office in the City Hall on the 14th day of June, 1948 at 11:00 A. <br />M. will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by <br />these proceedings. <br />Adopted this 24th day of Play, 1948. <br />R. Troeger <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />A petition was received asking for the vacation of an alley which commences on the <br />North line of Woodside Street and ends on the South line of the first east and 'lest alley;; <br />• South of Oakside Street, and also an alley commencing on the east line of the property of <br />the Pennsylvania Railroad and ends on the West line of the first North and South alley <br />West of Main Street. This was referred to the City Plan Commission for investigation <br />nand report. <br />;STREET DEPARTMENT: Mr. Melton 0.
