Braunsdorf <br />and son. <br />Contract 1-Tumber 5 was submitted by Consoer, Townsend and Associates. These <br />plans were to cover the interceptor sewer from the intersection of 0ak�vo.�d: �oi�3 e <br />yard a3zd-Narth Shore _'Drive to the Plant Site, <br />Paul T4. Butler and Leo Rieder repreoenting property owners and businessmen <br />in the vicinity of East Washington Street came before the Board to. remonstrate <br />agains the building.of a ready mixed concrete plant on East washington Street <br />and Niles Avenue. They also remonstrated against the granting of a permit to <br />construct an `overhead conveyor over Nast 77ashington Street from one part of the <br />plant to another. <br />(I Vacation Resolution No. 2554 <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the assessment roll showing the <br />r I award of damages and the -assessment of benefits in the matter of Vacation the alley <br />South of Ewing Avenue from T:Tichigan Street Blest to the first alley West of 11,Iichigan <br />Street- under Vacation Resolution No. 2554. <br />J Ian the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no written <br />remonstrances were filed, the Clerk of the Board submitted proofs of publication <br />of notices and same were found sufficient, and the Board, therefore, finds that the <br />several lots and parcels of land have been benefited and damaged in the amounts <br />shown on said roll. The Board, therefore, decides to take final action on said <br />assessment roll and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved <br />!without modification and the proceedings closed, and the alley vacgted upon receipt <br />1 of <br />he <br />andtall amount <br />roceedin proceedings benefit <br />hadreferencarV-6 �41dvarious property owners so benefitted <br />g alley vacation are hereby sustained. <br />
