Rans, Taxi -cab driver, came.:before the Board to appeal <br />e eczsion of the Board not to recommend the issuance of a taxi -cab drivers <br />license to him. The Board discussed the case further but found no reason to <br />reverse their decision. <br />The Board reviewed the cases of Joseph L. Binder and Charles Benedict and <br />recommended the issuance of tax -cab drivers licenses to them. <br />
