268 ENGINEERING DEPARTIZENT: Contractort s bonds were approved and ordered filed for Ralph Sager w Roy. Phillipi, Robe7",t L. Hoffman, Harry H. Verkler, TTerbert A. Dale, 'falt- er P. 'falkowiak, Joseph Mfuia and Ralph ":`falters d/b/a South Bend Construction _Company and_I. G. Christman Construction Company, The Board approved an Excavation bond for the Freyn Brothers Company, Inc., of Indianapolis, Indiana and it was ordered filed. Plans for a drive-in Bank Station at the Southeast corner of Mishawaka Avenue and 26th Street were approved by the Board for the First Bank & Trust Company. A contract between the City of South Bend and Georg e Swiatowy for the removal of the old building in the rear of the 'rater forks Building was submitted and approved. This being the date set for receiving bids for the repair of the north approach of Twyckenham Bridge, and no bids having been received, the Clerk of the Board_ was directed to contract for sarie. DEDI AlI07 ,IHEREAS, a plat with dedication of streets and alleys indicated thereon is now presented to the Board, to be known as "Walnut Fourth Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana," and This plat and dedication is filed in the records of the Board of Public -.-works and Safety in Roii '21, Drawer4 and recorded in Book -~ ?gage t , in the Recorder's office of St. Joseph County. IT0'111, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Public -forks and Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that all public streets, alleys and public places dedi- cated to the public use in said Plat, are hereby accepted and approved by said Board for and on behalf of the City of South Bend, Indiana.
