S trohi. <br />Condemnation Resolution i,1o. 2547 <br />This being the date set, hearing was held on the assessment roll shot'°rin the award <br />of da:iages and the assessment of benefits in the matter of the condemmation of sufficient <br />lots and lands for the opening and widenin of 'Jilber Street to a width of 60 feet from <br />the center line of I;lerood. Avenue to the center line of _Teller Street under condemnation <br />resolution No. 2547. <br />In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrances appeared and no written re- <br />monstrances were filed, the Clerk of the Board submitted proofs of publication of notices <br />and same were found sufficient, and the Board, theref ore, finds that the several lots <br />and parcels of land have been benefitted and damaged in the amounts shown on said roll. <br />Ther Board, therefore, decides to take final action on said assessment roll and declares <br />same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without modification and the pro- <br />ceedings closed, and the lots and lands vacated, upon -receipt of the amount of benefit <br />assessments from the various propert;T o-CMers so benefi tied and all proceedings had with <br />reference to said lots and lands cor_demn.ad are hereby sustained. <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />0 <br />
