These were ordered,filed. <br />the amount of cp'l,0)0.00 each were approved <br />Precision Piece Parts Company and E. <br />STREET DEPARTI'IENT: Mr. Casimer Balka., Street Commissioner, was present and matters <br />pertaining to his department were discussed. <br />Mr. Balka informed the Board that his department was in need of several pieces <br />of equipment, and the Board directed him to draw up a list of the equipment needed <br />and bring it to their attention. <br />CEMETERY DEPARTMENT: I1r. Stanley Leszczynski, Sexton, was present and matters per- <br />taining to his epartment were discussed. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the mee ing was adjourned <br />at 11:00 A.II. <br />A uST: <br />Clerk - <br />February 18, 1946 <br />A regular meeting of the Board of Public ';forks was held on Monday, February 18,. <br />1946 at 8:30 A.1d. All members ly=ere present. 1,111inutes of the last meeting were read <br />and approved. There were no claims of suppliers to be approved. <br />TRAFFIC D EPARTT,'IENT: Mr. Ernest Hiller, Traffic Engineer, waspresent and matters per- <br />taining to his department were discussed. <br />STREET DEPr1n`I'1,21EItT: ;Ir. Casimer Balka, Street Co=:issi oner, was present and natters <br />pertaining to his department viere discussed. <br />Mr. Balka submitted a list of needed equipment for his department and the Clerk <br />of the Board was authorized to advertise for bids to be opened and read up to 11:00 <br />A.M. on T.Tarch 11, 1946 for the following items:, 3 tractors, 3 snow plows, one power <br />mower, one bulldozer, one power sewer cleaner, one crane and cla�nshell, one street <br />sweeper and one bituminous mixer. The clerk was also directed to advertise for bids <br />to be opened at the same time for crushed stone, road oil, gravel, sand and gravel, <br />asphalt mixes and calcium chloride. <br />CEETERY DEPARTI EIIT: Mr. Stanley Leszczynski, Sexton, was present and matters pertain- <br />ing to his epart7-iient were discussed. <br />-ItIr.
