The Clerk of the Board having shown sufficient proofs of publication and no <br />remonstrators having arpeared and no written rerionstrances having been filed with the <br />Clerk, it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried that the said resolution be finally <br />adopted and the said alley be vacated. The Engineering Department is directed to, prepare <br />an assessment roll covering the assessment of benefits and the award of damages to the <br />surrounding properties. <br />STRE T DEP-kRTT,"E1,T;T: Mr. Anthony Zmudzinski, Street Commissioner, was r6resent and matters <br />pertaining to his department were discussed. <br />BOARD: The Board ;ranted permis ion to the Polish Army Veterans Association, Haller <br />Post, to sell Poppies on the city streets on August 25, 1945. <br />CE'ivhTERY DEPARTMENT: Mr. Stanley Leszczynski, Seaton, was present and matters;_: pertain- <br />ing to his department were discussed. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned <br />at 10� 981.
