RE SOLUTION TdO. 2537 <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the resolution heretofore adopted by <br />the Board of Public adorks for the vacation of the alley South of Pleasant Street from <br />25th Street to the .East line of the 1illey ';lest of 25th Street, under vacation resolution <br />No. 2537. The Clerk of the Board having shown sufficient proofs of publication and no <br />remonstrators having a-peared and no written re7.ionstrances having been filed with the <br />Clerk, it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried that the said resolution be finally <br />adopted and the said alley be vacated. The Engineering Department is directed to, prepare <br />an assessment roll covering; the assess:-Ient of benefits and the award of damages to the <br />surrounding properties. <br />STRE-LiT DEPARTMENT: Mr. Anthony Zmudzinski, Street Commissioner, was present and matters <br />pertaining to his department -.sere discussed. <br />BOARD: The Board granted permisiion to the Polish Army Veterans Association, Haller <br />Post, to sell r'oppies on the city streets on August 25, 1945. <br />CEMETERY DEPLR1MENT: P;Ir.
