<br />Beginning at the present manhole on Donmoyer Avenue and on the center line of Fello
<br />Street, thence South along the center line of said Fellows Street with at (lzIt) pipe sew
<br />a distance of (1063.31). together with the necessary manholes, conduits, and house con-
<br />nections to the curb lines along the line of said improvement; all as is more particular
<br />shown and all in accordance with the plans, profiles, detail drawings, specifications
<br />and engineer's estimate now on file in the office of the Department of Public Norks of
<br />the City of South Bend, Indiana.
<br />PAVEDENT
<br />Fellows Street from Donmoyer Avenue to South lire of Forest hill Addition said stree
<br />shall be graded and the roadway, thereof, shall be paved (201) in width, also the roadway
<br />of certain portions of the streets and alleys, if any, which enter or intersect said
<br />street shall be graded and paved. The paving material to be used in making said. improve-
<br />ment shall .be Class "c" pavement; all as is more particularly shown and all in accordance
<br />with the plans, profiles, detail drawings, and specifications on file in the office of th
<br />department of Public Norks in the City of South Bend, Indiana.
<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Board of Public ', orks fix the 13th day of August,
<br />1945 at the hour of 11:00 A.h% at the office of the :Board of Public _, orks of this city, a
<br />the time and place for the public consideration of said proposed improvements at which
<br />said Board of Public ,''dorks will hear all rersons interested, or 'Those property is liable
<br />to be assessed for said improvement, and ��ill decide whether the benefits to the property
<br />liable to be assessed for said improvement will equal the estimated cost thereof.

<br />''light at the corner of Mishawaka Avenue and Twyckenham Drive. If some definite action is
<br />';not taken before the next meeting, a resolution will be prepared and presented to the
<br />!Council. ;
<br />This was referred to the Traffic Engineer for study and a report as soon as practical.
