Minutes of the last meeting were read and <br />approved. O. Graham. These were ordered filed. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, the following resolution was adopted: <br />RESGLUED: That the Federal Public Housing Authority and the Housing Authority of <br />South Bend, Indiana, be permitted to connect a sewer drain for the comrlunity building <br />adjacent to the Hering House on Oestern Avenue to the sewer on that Street. <br />DEDICATION <br />`913EREAS, a plat with dedication of streets and alleys, indicated thereon, is now <br />presented to the ,3oard, to be known.as Jefferson Acres subdivision to the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana; <br />This plat and dedication is filed in the records of the Board of Public Safety in <br />Row #21, Drawer #4 and recorded in Boo9V# Page # , in the Recorder's <br />Office of St. Joseph County; <br />Now THEREFORE, be -it resolved by the Board of Public 'dorks and Safety of South <br />Bend, Indiana, that all public streets, alleys and public places dedicated to the <br />public use in said Plat, are hereby accepted and approved by said Board for and on <br />behalf of the City of South Bend, Indiana. The above plat was approved by the City <br />Plan Commission and submitted to the Board for their acceptance. <br />STREET DEPARI.TMENT: Mr. Anthony Zmudzinski, street Corzmissioner, was present and matters <br />pertaining to his department were discussed. <br />CEMETERY DEPAi 1LT LENT: Mr. Stanley Leszczynski, Sexton, was present and matter: pertaining <br />to his department were discussed. <br />There ' being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned <br />at 11:00 A.M. <br />July 2, 1945 <br />A regular meeting; of <br />the Board of Public <br />Safety was held on Monday, July <br />2, 1945 <br />at , , 00 A.M, All members <br />were present.
