204 <br />Mr. Leszazynski presented his report for the month of May, 1945. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned <br />at 10:00 A.M. <br />ATTE : <br />Cler <br />cop <br />June 11, 1945 <br />A regular meeting of the <br />Board of Public <br />Works was held on Monday, June, <br />11, 1945 <br />at 9:00 A.M. All members were <br />present. Minutes of the last meeting were read and <br />approved. Salary claims in the amount of $9,958.70 were approved and ordered <br />paid. The Board did not approved the plans as submitted, but Mr. Williams was <br />directed to make an investigation of existing conditions. <br />Contractor's bonds in the amount of $1,000.00 were approved for J. D. Matthews and <br />Leo A. Lippman.. An excavation bond in the amount of $1,000.00 was approved for Robert <br />L. Thorpe. These were ordered filed. <br />STREET DEPARTMENT: Mr. Anthony Zmudzinski, Street Commissioner, was present and matters <br />pertaining to his department were discussed. <br />CMIETERY DEPARTMENT: Mr. Stanley ;eszczynski, Sexton, was present and matters pertaining <br />to his department were discussed. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned <br />at 10:00 A.M. <br />EV/A»/I%� <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />
