<br />Orange Street and ,Bashi ngton Street in the City, of South 'fiend and the tracks of the
<br />Chicago, South Shore and South Bend Railroad in relation thereto. The railroad pro-
<br />poses to -remove from Orange Street" the track connections indicated in yellow on ,
<br />said s'r.etch and to install across said intersection an additional track indicated in
<br />red upon said sketch.

<br />No. 2532. The Clerk of the Board. having shown sufficient proof of publication and no
<br />remonstrators having: appeared and no written remonstrances having been filed, it was move
<br />seconded and carried that the said resolution be finally adopted and the said ,court be
<br />vacated. The Engineering Department is directed to prepare an assessment roll covering
<br />the assessrent of benefits and the awards of dac ages to the surrounding properties.
<br />This being the date set hearing was had on the resolution heretofore adopted by
<br />the Board of Public 'dorks for the vacation of Oswald Court from 'ddalnut Street to R.1agnoli
<br />Street and the alley West of ,tralnut Street from Oswald Court to the North line of the
<br />first alley South of Osvrald Court, under vacation resolution No. 2533. The Clerk of the
<br />Board having shown sufficient proof of publication and no -remonstrators having appeared
<br />and no �lvritten remonstrances having been filed, it was :roved, seconded and unanimously
<br />carried that the resolution be finally adopted and the said Court and the said Alley be
