VACATION TU SOLUTION NO.. 2531 <br />This being the date set hearing was had on the resoluton heretofore adopted by the <br />Board of Public 10orks for the vacation of Beale Street from the 'lest line of Inglewood <br />Place to Kessler Boulevard, under vacation resolution No. 2531. The Clerk of the -Board <br />having shown sufficient proof of publication and no remonstrators having appeared, and <br />no written remonstrances Navin been filed with the Clerk, it was moved, seconded and <br />unanimously carried that the said resolution be finally adopted and the said street <br />be vacated. The Engineering Department is directed to prepare an assessment roll, <br />covering the assessments of benefits and awards of damages to .the surrounding properties. <br />Excavation bonds in the amount of �1000.00 were filed for Rocco Simer . and Edo L, <br />Zimmerman, and were approved. <br />CEMETERY DEPA U� IEVT: Tflr.
