VAC ATIGN I LSOLUT10N NO. 2531 ij This being; the date set hearing was had on the resoluton heretofore adopted by the !Board of Public 1,1orks for the vacation of Beale Street from the ulest line of Inglewood Place to Kessler Boulevard, under vacation resolution No. 2531. The Clerk ofthe Board having shown sufficient proof of publication and no remonstrators having appeared, and no written remonstrances having been filed vJith the Clerk, it was moved, seconded and !unanimously carried that the said resolution be finally adopted and the said street 1be vacated. The Engineering Department is directed to prepare an assessment roll,, I covering the assessments of benefits and awards of damages to athe surrounding .properti es I F it Excavation bonds in the amount of 6Y1000.00 were filed for Rocco Simeri and Ed. Stanley Leszczynski, Sexton, was present and matters pertainin Ito his department were discussed. j 0AHD OF arOl'iraS The Clerk of the Board was authorized to obtain estimates on a hand rail !for the outside stairs ,of the City Hall. The Clerk of the Board was directed to advertise for rids on commercial calcium !chloride and also for bids on redecorating the interior of the City Hall. There being no further business to come before the Board, at 10:00 A.14.
