Williams, Chairman <br />Gentlemen; <br />In response to your letter of March, 13, concerning the Duey Street Sewer, <br />we will say that we have had the.water shut-off valve casing renewed and have paid Mr. <br />Emons for damages to his sidewalk, which he will have repaired himself when the weather • <br />is favorable. <br />We have also settled with Mrs. William Konschur wh'o had some damages to her, <br />car. We are enclosing receipts as evidence. <br />We have refilled some trenches that have settled, and believe the job is now <br />in good shape.
