Anthony Zmudzinski, Street ComLmissione°r, was present and matters <br />pertaining to his department were discussed. <br />The Board informed I1'r. 'Zmudzinski that appraisers had been appointed for the sale <br />of certain property belonging to the City Street Department. <br />j� ENGINEERING DEPARTi:lENT:, The Engineering Departr:,ent presented a sketch pertaining to <br />the petition.for the construction of a sewer on Duey Street from Howard Street to <br />j! South -Bend Avenue. It was recommended that due to the scarcity of materials and also <br />due to -the fact that the sewer would serve properties already being utilized, that <br />this be considered a post-°�;rar project. The Board, upon motion duly made, seconded, <br />■ i and unanimously carried, authorized the Clerk to ,notify the principal petitioner of <br />;; this recorzaendation. <br />Excavation bonds were approved and ordered filed for the following: Emmett Shaul, <br />Emil Spromberg, Phillip Cohn, Albert Smith & Son, Jacob Hawblitzel & Son, Louis, <br />C. Sto-11 Co.
