10'7 • VACATION RESOLUTION # 2522 RESOLVED BY TIE BOARD OF PUBLIC v'1CiiiliS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: That it is desirable to vacate the following. - THE SECOND ALLEY. NORTH OF RUPEL STREET .r RON THE ALLEY 3NEST OF BROC}I&IELD STREET TQ JOHNSON STREET. The following property may be injuriously or beneficially effected by such vacation: Lots 7 to 16 inclusive and Lots 17 to 25 inclusive in Elias Rupel Addition. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 21st day of May and the 28th day of May 1943 in the South bend daily Tribune and the weekly 7h1irror. This Board, at its office in the City Hall on the 7th day of June, 1943 at 10:00 A.M. will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by these proceedings.
