106 <br />The following claims to be paid out of the special v'T.P.A. Fund or the Interceptor <br />Sewer fund, in the amount of �87.50 were approved and ordered paid, <br />Northern Indiana Transit Service ,;,� 25.00 V.P.A. Salary Claim $ 62.50 <br />STREET DEPARTMENT: Mr. Tony Zmudzinski, Street Commissioner was present and matters <br />pertaining to his department were discussed. <br />ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT: A Contractor's Bond was approved for John L., Landgraf, in <br />the amount of 41,000.00 and held by the Fidelity and 'Deposit Company of Maryland. <br />CE,', ETp-RY DEPARTMENT: Mr. Lisle McNabb presented his report for the month of April, 1943 <br />LEGAL. The motion <br />was seconded by Councilman Korpal, and carried by unanimouse--,vote. <br />At the time this Natter was discussed, the streets mentioned in <br />particular were located in the Ivest section of the City. <br />(signed) <br />This letter was referred to IVr., "dilliarls. <br />IT <br />Marie H.
