Ms. Dorau seconded the motion, which carried. PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR Sue Kesim wanted clarification for how the chandelier installation at the Morris Performing Arts Center will be funded. She wanted to make sure the taxpayers are not funding a Broadway play. Mr. Eric Horvath, Public Works Director, advised Ms. Kesim that the promotor will be funding this but it has to go through the City to make sure they meet City requirements. He assured Ms. Kesim that no taxpayer dollars would be used for this. She questioned what would happen if the City installed the chandelier and the promotor backed out. Mr. Schmidt and Mr. Horvath advised they are under contractual protection if there was a breech in contract.
