REGULAR MEETING JULY 25, 2017 231 <br />TABLE TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES <br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Maradik, seconded by Mr. Gilot and carried, the following traffic <br />control device was tabled: <br />REMOVAL AND NEW INSTALLATIONS: <br />LOCATIONS: North Side of Western Ave. between Main St. and <br />Michigan St. - Remove Two Hour Parking this Block and <br />Install No Parking with Two -Hour Parking where the Curb <br />is bumped in. <br />North Side of Monroe St. East of Intersection with Main St. <br />- Remove No Parking Restriction and Replace with Two - <br />Hour Parking <br />APPROVE CONSENT TO ANNEXATION AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO <br />REMONSTRATE — 19375 FOLEY CIRCLE NORTH, LOT 271 52652 BLUE WINGED <br />TRAIL, LOT 237, 52651 COMMON EIDER TRAIL LOT 228 52635 COMMON EIDER <br />TRAIL, LOT 227 — SEWER/WATER <br />Mr. Gilot stated that the Board is in receipt of several Consents to Annexation and Waivers of <br />Right to Remonstrate as submitted by the Thomas H. Morrison Group, LLC, 2560 Portage Road, <br />Niles, MI 49120. The Consents indicate that in consideration for permission to tap into public <br />water/sanitary sewer system of the City, to provide water/sanitary sewer service to the above <br />referenced properties at 19375 Foley Circle North, Lot 27, Cottages of Pendle Woods (Key # <br />002-1007-017039), 52652 Blue Winged Trail, Lot 237, Augustine Lakes Estates (Key # 021- <br />1038-061950), 52651 Common Eider Trail, Lot 228, Augustine Lakes Estates (Key #021-1038- <br />061927) and 52635 Common Eider Trail, Lot 227, Augustine Lakes Estates (Key #021-1038- <br />061928) the Morrison Group waive(s) and release(s) any and all right to remonstrate against or <br />oppose any pending or future annexation of the properties by the City of South Bend. Therefore, <br />Ms. Maradik made a motion that the Consent be approved.
