Drain to include 10 feet of 6 inch lay <br />flat hose. <br />Debris body shall be dumped by raising the body to a 60 <br />degree angle utilizing a forward mounted, double acting <br />hydraulic dump cylinder or equal. Debris body internal <br />wash out system shall be included that operates directly <br />from the high pressure water pump and is capable of full <br />pump capacity. Wash out jets (6 minimum) shall be <br />located in front upper part of debris body. <br />The debris body shall be fixed on an independent frame, <br />separate from the chassis frame and mounted via a 3 <br />point mounting system to allow flexing to occur without <br />causing frame damage. <br />Dump controls and accessory controls shall be provided <br />at a central curb side location directly behind the cab of <br />truck for safety. The rear door shall include a reflective <br />chevron for safety. <br />Water Tanks: I Water tanks must have a minimum metered capacity of YES NO <br />650 gallon minimum. <br />The water tank capacity shall be achieved via four <br />separate cells, which must be constructed of a non- <br />corrosive material, aluminum or stainless steel, painted <br />due to water spotting, etc. The water cells shall not <br />require internal coatings and shall be easily repaired or <br />patched if required. The water tank shall not be a part of <br />the debris hopper or tank. <br />The four cells shall be hung via rubber line "J" straps <br />which will allow cells to easily be removed from the unit <br />if required. <br />The water cells shall be located beginning directly <br />behind the cab of the truck and ending at the very rear of <br />the unit, thus providing the best possible weight <br />distribution. <br />The water tanks shall be adequately vented and <br />connected to provide complete filling. A minimum 6" <br />and 4" connection between tanks shall be provided. <br />The water tanks shall be totally separate from and <br />provide no structural support for the debris tanks.
