AGENDA REVIEW SESSION JULY 6, 2017 207 <br />Ms. Dorau questioned what department will be installing these bulbs. Mr. Nawrot stated this is <br />through the City's Traffic and Lighting Department. He stated they are replacing current light <br />bulbs on City -owned fixtures to white LED high temp bulbs. Mr. Nawrot stated Traffic and <br />Lighting has already completed Cleveland Road and Olive Street North of the bridge, these <br />quotes are for Olive Street South of the bridge. Ms. Dorau questioned why the high temp bulbs, <br />and Mr. Nawrot stated the lower temp bulbs are blue in color. <br />- Change Order and Project Completion Affidavit — 2016 Curb and Sidewalk Construction, <br />Phase II — Project No. 116-006 <br />Ms. Dorau questioned the deduction. Mr. Nawrot stated this is to close out last year's curb and <br />sidewalk program. <br />Professional Services Agreement — Abonmarche Consultants, Inc. <br />Mr. Nawrot stated this agreement is to extend the elevation network so all outlets will be tied <br />into the same data. <br />No other business came before the Board. Martin, 6erk <br />REGULAR MEETING JULY 11, 2017 <br />The Regular Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:31 a.m. on July 11, 2017, <br />by Board President Gary A. Gilot with Board Members Elizabeth Maradik, Suzanna Fritzberg, <br />and Therese Dorau present. Board Member James Mueller was absent. Also present was Board <br />Attorney Michael Schmidt. <br />CHANGE TO AGENDA <br />Mr. Gilot noted the amount of Item No. 11 C should be changed on the agenda from $89,500 to <br />$125,700. <br />APPROVE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING <br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Maradik, seconded by Ms. Dorau and carried, the Minutes of the <br />Agenda Review Session, Regular Meeting and Claims Review Meeting of the Board held on <br />June 22, June 27, and July 5, 2017, were approved. <br />OPENING OF BIDS — DOWNTOWN MILL AND ASPHALT OVERLAY — PROJECT NO. <br />117-052 (TIF BOND) <br />This was the date set for receiving and opening of sealed bids for the above referenced project. <br />The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri- <br />County News, which were found to be sufficient.
