Stephen Henry, a representative, confirmed that the numbers should all be "0". Mr. Henry also acknowledged that all addenda had been received and addressed. Mr. Gilot requested they take care on filling out their bids, noting the attorney should not have to struggle to read a bid. Upon a motion made by Ms. Maradik, seconded by Ms. Dorau and carried, the above bids were referred to Community Investment and Engineering for review and recommendation. The Clerk stated there were no bids received. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri- County News, which were found to be sufficient.
