The purpose of this lease is to provide temporary space to accommodate the senior citizen <br /> programs during the renovation/reconstruction of the senior citizen facility at Howard Park. The <br /> relevant terms of the lease agreement are as follows: <br /> • Lease was approved by the Board of Parks Commissioners on May 15,2017 <br /> • Monthly rent of$100.00 <br /> • Lease will remain in effect through March 31, 2019 <br /> • Location minimizes potential disruption to senior citizen programs <br /> • Onsite parking and snow clearing is included in lease <br /> I will present this resolution to the Council at the appropriate committee meeting and at its <br /> regular meeting. <br /> Thank you for your attention to this request.
