Ownership of Goods: The goods which are the subject of the Contract shall remain property of the Manufacturer until delivered and accepted by the City of South Bend. Uniform Commercial Code: Provisions contained herein shall not be constructed to limit any rights the City may have under any laws, including the Uniform Continercial Code. Quantity: Thirty -Nine (39) more or less. Actual number of vehicles to be purchased is subject to frurding approval. Alternates: Vendor to state price of each alternate package separately. All electrical connections outside the cabin area shall be properly crimped and scaled. As specified Alternate A: Patrol Car installation per below listed equipment. All equipment to be "new in box" 1.) Install and program customer supplied LED lights in headlights and trunk lid and connect to light/siren control. 2.) 50 amp power and ground leads to center console area. 3.) Install and program customer supplied red/blue LED lights in front fender plastic inserts and connect to light/siren control. 4.) Install and program rediblue LED lights on rear bumper cover on each side of license plate. 5.) One (1) RRA 4993A 800 MHz antenna kit mounted on trunk with one lead run to center console. 6.) Install customer supplied CrPS antenna in front of light bar. Use center of roof 16" back fi-om windshield. Run wires to center console. 7.) Install customer supplied light bar to roof and run wires to center console and connect to light/siren control. 8.) Install and program customer supplied in -car two camera video system (dash mount and back seat mount). 9.) Install customer supplied center console with ann rest. 10.) Install customer supplied laptop docking station and mount. 11.) Install customer supplied light/siren control. 12.) Install customer supplied flashlight charger. 13.) Install customer supplied prisoner cage. 14.) Install customer supplied rifle or shotgun lock. 15.) Install customer supplied fire extinguisher. 16.) Install customer supplied stop sticks. 17.) Install customer supplied printer on cage wall above passenger head Rest and connect to laptop docking station. 18.) Install customer supplied 800 MHz speaker on plexiglass cage wall. 19.) Install customer supplied siren speaker and connect to light/siren control.
