I have money to address the issues but stopped the <br /> process of fixing things until I got this special exception. <br /> Committee Vice-Chair Voorde opened the floor to members of the public wishing to speak in <br /> favor of or in opposition to the legislation. <br /> Will Smith, 728 Whitehall Drive, stated, I checked the location out, I did have some concerns <br /> about parking but it seems like that will be addressed differently. Primarily the roof on the <br /> structure needs to be addressed as well. <br /> With no other members of the public wishing to speak, Committee Vice-Chair Voorde turned the <br /> floor back to the Committee for further discussion or main motion. Committeemember Gavin <br /> Ferlic made a motion to send Bill No. 17-17 to the full Council with a favorable <br /> recommendation. Committeemember Jo M.
