NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, that a site consisting of a parcel of land in the City of South Bend, Indiana, hereinabove described, be and the same is hereby approved as a desirable site for a low-rent housing project consisting of approx- imately Twenty (2 0) units to be constructed by The Housing Authority of the City of South Bend, Indiana.
