RESOLUTION , <br /> WHEREAS, under the authority of the Acts of 1955, of the State of Indiana, <br /> Chapter 190, Section 4, page 495, and also described as 48-8473, Burns Indiana <br /> Statutes, there has been submitted to the Board of Public Safety of the City of <br /> South Bend, recommendations of a South Bend Parking Committee, duly appointed <br /> by Mayor Bruggner, and <br /> WHEREAS, said recommendations have been adopted by the Board of Public <br /> Safety on the 3rd day of September, 1963, and <br /> WHEREAS, under said Act hereinbefore referred, the Board of Public Safety <br /> is to submit said recommendations to the Common Council of the City of South Bend <br /> for acceptance or rejection, and <br /> S"/+ T Y <br /> WHEREAS, said Resolution adopted by the Common Council of the City of South <br /> Bend, is in the words and figures following, to-wit: (H. I. ) <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City <br /> of South Bend, approves, confirms and ratifies the Acts of the Board of Public <br /> Safety, in approving said recommendation. <br /> L , <br />
