FURTHERMORE, MANY FINANCIAL AND BANKING TRANSACTIONS OCCUR DIGITALLY OR OVER THE <br /> INTERNET. THE NEED FOR PERSON TO PERSON BANKING HAS DECREASE OVER THE YEARS ALONG WITH THE <br /> NEED FOR ADDITIONAL PARKING AT THESE FACILITIES. THE PROPOSED PARKING IS SUFFICIENT TO MEET THE <br /> NEEDS OF SUCH USE. <br />
