Influences for each and every neighborhood within the City. This Report <br /> provided a basis for expanding and intensifying Code Enforcement within <br /> specific areas. These areas are identified on the map entitled: "Systematic <br /> Housing Code Compliance Program" which also identified urban renewal projects <br /> and related Federal programs. <br /> Program strategies for the various areas are based on conditions identified <br /> in the 1960 Census of Housing and the more recent Neighborhood Analysis <br /> j Study. The CIty, in addition to on-going programs, has developed a total <br /> approach for maximizing local code enforcement, including a Model Cities <br /> Program for the West Washington area, Federally-assisted Code Enforcement <br /> Program for the Hill Street neighborhood, Survey and Planning Program <br /> a <br /> covering the Southeast neighborhood, and a Central Downtown Urban Renewal <br /> Program.
