(4) Inasmuch as the Commission must have its formal <br /> actions and proposed actions approved by the <br /> Common Council, it is suggested that such plans, <br /> as they develop, be informally reviewed periodi- <br /> cally with the Council' s Committee on Industrial <br /> Development.
