The City shall maintain a comprehensive major medical <br />insurance program that all non bargaining employees may participate in under the <br />rules and guidelines of the plan documents. All employees receive a copy of a <br />summary of employee insurance benefits and information each year. <br />SECTION III. In all other ways, Ordinance 9863 - is reaffirmed. <br />SEC N.
