RESOLUTION NO. 3 q a- 93 <br /> A RESOLUTION FOR THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS WITHIN THE <br /> BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS BUDGET IN THE AMOUNT OF <br /> $240.00 FROM ACCOUNT NO. H-265 "OTHER CONTRACTUAL <br /> SERVICES", TO ACCOUNT NO. H-242 "PUBLICATION OF <br /> LEGAL NOTICES", BOTH ACCOUNTS BEING WITHIN THE <br /> SERVICES CONTACTUAL CLASSIFICATION OF THE BUDGET <br /> OF THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CIVIL CITY OF <br /> SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br /> WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since <br /> the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to <br /> appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget for the <br /> various functions of City Government to meet such extraordinary conditions, <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, additional funds are needed in Account No. H-242, <br /> "Publication of Legal Notices" in the budget of the Board of Public Works; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, a surplus exists in Account H-265 "Other Contractual <br /> Services" where it is not presently needed: <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City <br /> of South Bend, Indiana: <br /> SECTION I . That the sum of $240.00 be transferred from Account <br /> No. H-265 "Other Contractual Services", to Account No. H-242 "Publication <br /> of Legal Notices", both accounts being within the major classification <br /> "Services Contractual" of the Board of Public Works Budget within the General <br /> Fund of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana. <br /> SECTION II.
