r
CITY OF SOUTH BEND Reply To:
South Bend, Indiana 46601
BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS
.ferry J. Miller
Mayor
September 25, 1973
Rollin E. Farrand, Sr., P. E.
Director, Public Works
Mr. Walter Lantz
Deputy City Controller
City of South Bend
South Bend, Indiana
Dear Mr. Lantz:
I am requesting the transfer of $240 from Account H265
"Other Contractual Services" to Account H242 "Publication of
Legal Notices", both within the Services Contractual Account
of the Board of Public Works budget.
The number of legal publications for this year was sub-
stantially increased because of a number of parcels of City-owned
real estate which were offered for sale and also because of an
increase in projects for which bids were advertised.
Transfer of this amount will allow for payment for the
publication of legal notices for the balance of this year.
Very truly yours,
Patricia DeClercq, Clerk
Board of Public Works
